The 10X Program

Outbox (U) Ltd, in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, is implementing the 10X Program to reach 250,000 young women, including 3% refugees and 5% persons with disabilities, with 125,000 engaged in direct work over seven years. Its objective is to enhance the well-being of young women by supporting them to access markets, access finance and operate their businesses efficiently leveraging the digital economy. ​​

    Approximately 5–6 hours in total for self-paced however participants can learn at their own pace depending on the level of digital literacy. For physical sessions, the course requires an average of 4 weeks.

    The course is self-paced with interactive lessons and resources. However, in-person support is available through your ESO to ensure that you get needed support to enable you to complete the course successfully.

    There are short quizzes at the end of each module to test your understanding. Your progress is tracked automatically, and you must complete all quizzes to receive a certificate.
